Decade 1

10 year of founding

B.E. 1970 - 1979

1970
Initiated the PVC pipe business under the “Tra Chang” at the Nonthaburi factory,

commonly known as “Non Pipe Factory,” under the Siam Fiber-Cement Co., Ltd. (SFCC), a subsidiary of the Siam Cement Group.

1974
Adopted the TIS (Thai Industrial Standards)

from the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI), transitioning the production standard from gray pipes to blue water pipes.

Decade 2

10 years of growth

B.E. 1980 - 1989

1981
Expanded production capacity and diversified the product range

by continuously extending the factory and acquiring additional pipe manufacturing machinery.

1983
Start producing PVC fittings.

Decade 3

10 years of fighting

B.E. 1990 - 1999

1990
The pipe business continued to grow and was established as a new company under the name Siam Pipe Industry Co., Ltd.

(SPICO). The company introduced a new brand and rebranded the products as “Tra Chang” and established a factory in Nong Khae District, Saraburi Province.

1991
Relocated the factory to the Siam Cement Group Industrial Estate

in Nong Khae District, Saraburi Province, and launched the “Tra Suea” in the market.

1996
Expanded the business by establishing Nawaplastic Industries Co., Ltd.

in Ban Khai District, Rayong Province.

1998
Renamed the company from Siam Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. (SPICO) to Nawaplastic Industries (Saraburi) Co., Ltd. (NPI).

Received the Environment Recognition Award 98 for outstanding water quality management in industrial operations from the Siam Cement Group Industrial Estate, Saraburi Province.

1999
Transferred SCG’s pipe business from the Cement-Building Products Group to the Chemicals Group

under the management of Thai Plastic and Chemicals Public Company Limited (TPC).

Decade 4

10 years of smiles and success

B.E. 2000 - 2009

2000
Chang Brand PVC pipes and fittings received ISO 9002:1994 certification

from SGS (Thailand), accredited by UKAS and NAC.

2000
Expanded the business by launching vinyl doors and windows,

with the first model being the Mark I series (Mark I White color SGP Frame 10 cm).

2003
Expanded the business by establishing House Component Co., Ltd. (HCC)

to operate the profile business under the WINDSOR brand, introducing the Mark II (MTP) series, Color W&D (Laminated), and the first TV advertisement.

2004
Further expanded by establishing Nawaintertech Co., Ltd. (NIT)

to operate the mold business.

2005
Expanded internationally by forming a joint venture in Laos, Inter Plastic Co., Ltd. (IPC).
2005
Launched WINDSOR vinyl doors and windows, including the Ready series and OEM AMIGO Mark 5.
2006
Expanded through a joint venture in Vietnam, Minh Thai House Component Co., Ltd.,

and launched the Deluxe series and House Component rebranding.

2006
Deluxe series & House Component Rebrand
2007
Appointed Grand Elephant Co., Ltd. (GEC) as the distributor in Myanmar.
2007
Discontinued the Mark I series and improved the Mark II (SGP) series.
2008
Formed a joint venture in Cambodia, Nawa Cam Co., Ltd.,

and rebranded with a blue circular logo for Chang and a green circular logo for Tiger.

2008
Launched the WINDSOR FAST RENEW service.
2009
Received ISO 9001:2008 certification

for PVC pipes and fittings from SGS (Thailand), accredited by UKAS and NAC.

2009
Expanded operations to Vietnam.

Decade 5

10 years of becoming an PVC ASEAN leader

B.E. 2010 – 2019

2010
Entered a new era in the pipe business by receiving the honor of using the red hexagon logo,

the same as SCG or Siam Cement Group, for the new “Chang” brand logo.

2010
Opportunity Sharing for Future Project (Year 4) :

Renovated the cafeteria at Wat Don Chan School, Ban Khai District, Rayong Province.

2011
Received the Thailand Lean Award 2011, Golden Award level,

from the Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan).

Opportunity Sharing for Future Project (Year 5) :

Replaced electrical wiring and renovated the pavilion at Wat Don Chan School, Ban Khai District, Rayong Province.

Received the Prime Minister’s Industry Award 2012

for Productivity from the Ministry of Industry.

Opportunity Sharing for Future Project (Year 6) :

Implemented at Wat Nong Sida School, Nong Saeng District, Saraburi Province.

2012
WINDSOR launched the Premier series

(Premier Frame 8 cm), later renamed to Right series in 2018.

2013
Was invited to present achievements as a continuation of the Lean Golden Award 2011

from the Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan).

2013
Opportunity Sharing for Future Project (Year 7) :

Built a pavilion and installed a drinking water system to enhance water quality at Nong Pling Child Development Center, Nong Khae District, Saraburi Province.

2013
Constructed the SCG 100th Anniversary Learning Pavilion,

marking SCG’s centenary, and renovated the recycling bank at Ban Nong Lalok School, Ban Khai District, Rayong Province.

2014
Received the Thailand Lean Award 2014, Diamond Award level,

from the Technology Promotion Association 
(Thailand-Japan),becoming the first company 
in Thailand to achieve this level.

Opportunity Sharing for Future Project (Year 8) :

Improved electrical and lighting systems at Ban Mai Thung Din Kho School, Nong Khae District, Saraburi Province.

2015
Rebranded all products under the “Chang” brand to “SCG,” including pipes, now named SCG Pipes.

from the Ministry of Industry.

  • Constructed a children’s playground at Pannanikom School, Pannanikom District, 
Sakon Nakhon Province.
  • Built a new restroom at the Learning Center, Ban Trok Sat Ban, 
Ban Khai District, Rayong Province.

WINDSOR launched the Smart Series

(Hybrid for high-rise basic, V.Max for low-rise, Smart Clip).

Expanded the business by appointing a distributor in Cambodia, Nawaplastic Industries Cambodia Co., Ltd.

and renamed the distributor in Myanmar to Grand Nawaplastic Myanmar Co., Ltd.

  • Installed a drinking water filtration system at Wat Rong Saeng School, 
Nong Khae District, Saraburi Province for better hygiene.

Awards Received :
  • National Certification as a Model Establishment for 
Excellence in Safety, Occupational Health, and 
Working Environment for 1-5 consecutive years at 
the Diamond Level.
  • CSR-DIW Continuous Award 2017 for Industrial Social 
Responsibility from the Department of Industrial 
Works, Ministry of Industry.

Opportunity Sharing for Future Project (Year 11) :
  • Installed a water pumping system to prevent classroom flooding at 
Wat Santi Wihan School, Nong Khae District, Saraburi Province.
  • Constructed a mangrove seedling nursery at Noen Khor Community, 
Klaeng District, Rayong Province for sustainable agriculture.
  • Created a recycling bank system at Ban Mabtong School, Ban Khai District, 
Rayong Province to instill waste segregation awareness in children.
  • Partnered with SCG Foundation to provide restrooms for Wat Nong Krabok School, 
Ban Khai District, Rayong Province due to insufficient facilities.
  • Built a classroom at Rat Phatthana Samakkee School, Pong Nam Ron District, 
Chanthaburi Province to alleviate the lack of learning spaces.
  • Constructed a water filtration system at Phon Sung Patthana Suksa School, 
Chai Wan District, Udon Thani Province to provide safe drinking water for students.
2018
Expanded the business by appointing 
a distributor in Vietnam,

Received the CSR-DIW Continuous Award 2018

for Industrial Social Responsibility from the Department 
of Industrial Works, Ministry of Industry.

Opportunity Sharing for Future Project (Year 12) :

  • Provided medical check-ups and basic medication to surrounding communities 
in Rayong and Saraburi.
  • Installed sunshade panels at Wat Phu Khae School, Phu Khae District, 
Saraburi Province to prevent excessive classroom heat.
  • Constructed a roof and a BBL (Brain-Based Learning) field, 
along with a recycling bank system, at Wat Pathumawas School, 
Ban Khai District, Rayong Province.
  • Renovated the cafeteria roof at Wat Nong Tabak School, Ban Khai District, 
Rayong Province, including tile installation and stage backdrop support.
  • Established a recycling bank and provided waste segregation education 
to the community, led by the Mother of the Land Fund, 
promoting waste management and environmental conservation 
in Ban Khai District, Rayong Province.
  • Set up a water system at Ban Bueng Ton Chan School, Ban Khai District, 
Rayong Province, addressing water shortages by implementing 
a float-controlled water storage system.
  • Upgraded restrooms and built a BBL learning area at Wat Amphawan School, 
Mueang District, Lopburi Province.
  • Developed footpaths and roads for Buddhist villagers at Wat Sri Bun Rueang, 
Pannanikom District, Sakon Nakhon Province, to prevent travel 
difficulties during the rainy season.

2018
WINDSOR introduced the Signature Series

WINDSOR launched new products :
  • Signature Pro. (Sliding) – New sliding system with special features.

  • Right Xtend (W&D Transformation) – Upgraded from Smart 
to Right Xtend, including a 10 cm frame.
  • SIG Pro 3 Rail – 3-rail sliding system designed for heavy-duty use 
and improved convenience.
